How to order

Placing your order with Quinn Macool is safe, secure and easy. Our online order form is running on a Commonwealth Bank Secure Server using 128 bit SSL encryption and the eway payment gateway, ensuring all of your details remain confidential.

ONLINE:

You can order securely online by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.
                        

PHONE ORDERS:

We love to hear from you so you can also order offline by credit card, money order or electronic funds transfer. Please call us on 1300 MACOOL to arrange your order.

EMAIL:

Email us your order and contact details and we’ll get back to you to organise payment.

Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of order form and processing of credit card payment or clearance direct debit.


Delivery

Quinn Macool delivers Australia wide using the services of Australia Post.

Our clothing is printed by hand and made to order.  

We ship via Regular Post. We can deliver to you, or if the item is a gift we can deliver to the recipient’s address. All orders are delivered in our beautifully packaged customised gift boxes.

Delivery times vary depending on your location – allow 5-10 working days. Due the the high volume during the sale, delays will be expected, please be patient with us...



Postage charges

We proudly offer a flat rate postage charge within Australia. Orderd during the sale will not be packed in our gift boxes, but will be plastic wrapped.

Regular Post
Delivery Fee Australia wide is AUD$6.50. 

International Orders

Quinn Macool is based in Sydney, Australia. We will happily ship purchases overseas using Australia Post Air Mail. Please email us at info@quinnmacool.com.au for postage charges. Or contact us during business hours on 1300 MACOOL. We would love to send you our products, so we will get back to you with a shipping price.

To redeem a Gift Certificate

Please shop through our range and note what you would like to redeem your certificate on. Then simply email us your order at info@quinnmacool.com.au including your delivery details and gift certificate number.

Alternatively phone us on 1300 MACOOL or email us at info@quinnmacool.com.au to arrange your redemption. Please be sure to allow for your delivery charge in the total.

Please note: If the value of the goods you have chosen is more than the value of the certificate we will contact you to arrange the additional payment.

Pricing

Quinn Macool prices are inclusive of GST, and are in Australian Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.

Terms and Conditions + Refund Policy

At Quinn Macool we keep large volumes of our stock on hand to limit any chance of unavailable items. If an item you have selected is temporarily unavailable or sold out, we will contact you promptly to organise an alternative choice or we will happily put the item on an urgent backorder for you.

We are all about fun gift experiences and we want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purcase for any reason, please contact us and we will arrange a refund or exchange of goods.  If the refund is a result of an error on our part we will pay for the postage of the goods. 

All exchanges must take place within 3 weeks of purchase date. The goods must be in a saleable condition and not worn. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
